yes, we do ship to other countries we will need your address to check shipping cost to your country
How long does delivery take?
It depends on where you are. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, delivery via courier normally takes 2-7 business days. However this cannot be guaranteed.
How much is delivery?
R150 anywhere in South-Africa.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be able to track your order once you receive a shipping notification.
How long will my order take to arrive?
It can range from 2-7 working days, depending on where you reside. Please view further delivery.
The delivery timelines vary per province – All orders are dispatched from cape town, western cape.
What do I if I don’t receive my order?
Once you receive your tracking information and after you track it on the relevant courier website shows delivered but you have not received it , Please alert us via Whatsapp or email. We will then be able to address with the relevant courier company.

- To Remote Areas: 5 – 7 Working Days

When do you deliver?
The couriers only deliver on weekdays from Monday to Friday between 08h00 – 17h00.
Can you deliver after hours & on weekends?
Unfortunately not.
Can you deliver on public holidays?
Unfortunately not, our courier services do not operate on public holidays
Where is my parcel?
We will send you your tracking details
- No Goods will be accepted for return after 7 days from date of receipt, this is established from the courier tracking system
- No guarantees or returns or refunds will be granted on any electrical items
- Return of goods, or cancelled orders will automatically carry a 20% handling fee on the total amount of the order.
- Items that have been fitted, used or sprayed will not be accepted for returns
- Goods returned must be in resealable condition.
- Packaging of items returned must be original package/box (as it was delivered to you) and in a condition for reselling, unboxed items will not be considered for return.
- If you are returning Goods via courier, please package it carefully so that it does not happen to be damaged en-route. If we receive the goods damaged a refund might be denied. Please include the Returns Request Number and a copy of your original invoice with any return.
- Goods purchased on promotion or sale may not be exchanged or returned
